Cancellation
📌 Client Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 40% charge of the scheduled service total.
📌 No-Call / No-Show:
If you do not show up to your appointment and do not contact me, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
After one no-show, future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.
📌 If I Need to Reschedule:
I truly value your time. If I ever need to reschedule due to an emergency or unexpected change, you will receive 30% off your service as a thank-you for your flexibility.
